Devika Wattal, joined Parisodhana’s team as a Consultant – New Product Development in June 2021. She has experience working with technology-based start-ups from proof-of- concept to prototypes. And has over 10 years of research experience and expertise in process
engineering, carbon dioxide capture & utilization and biopolymers/bioplastics. She is a graduate of IIT Delhi with M.S (Chemical Engineering) and holds a B.E. (Chemical Engineering) from Pune University. She has worked with leading companies such as ISRO
(Indian Space Research Organisation), Battelle Science and Technology Pvt. Ltd. and Reliance Industries Limited.

A problem solver by nature, brings more than 15 years of research experience and training with broad focus on surfaces and interfaces, understanding/controlling/tuning the characteristics of materials having impact on Fuel Cells, gas sensors, self-healing, radiation protection materials and nanoparticles for bio-medical applications. Satya managed and contributed to programs multimillion dollar projects for more than a decade funded by US DoE, DTRA, NIH, Grand Challenges Cananda, NSF, Battelle and industries such as Eaton, Saint-Gobain, GE, BHEL, TITAN, BILT, Fleet Guard

Satya is recognized for his ability in developing and working with multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams, establishing world class research /product development facilities and industry – academia collaborations in the US and India.

Dr. Ajay Karakoti, vivid researcher and highly skilled go getter, is currently an associate professor at University of New Castle, Australia and works at the interface of engineering and Biological/Life Sciences. Ajay worked on a variety of industrial and academic projects such as sustainable inorganic nanomaterials based anti-cancerous compounds, controlled drug release, targeted drug delivery, thermal conversion of methanol to hydrogen, electrochemical conversion of alcohols to energy, gas and chemical sensors, inorganic antioxidants, photocatalytic decomposition of organic contaminants, antireflective sol-gel coatings and hybrid solar cells. Contributed to multiple start-ups as a mentor and product development specialist.

An MBA by training, with her attention to detail and crafty skills helps Parisodhana develop the first prototypes and contributes to day to day manufacturing and testing.

Rupalee brings multiple years of high quality research in materials and metallurgy from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories, USA and Battelle Science and Technology Pvt. Ltd, India. She completed her Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Virginia, USA and Bachelors from College of Engineering Pune, India in Metallurgical Engineering.

Phani Ram has 12 years of experience in Business Development and Sales, has worked in variety of Industries – Education, F&B etc. Phani Ram has managed profit centers in leadership position
